Scope of work pertaining to Russell prater elementary/ community center Provide and install a 400 amp 3-phase, 4 wire, 120/240 or 120/208-Volt main breaker panel board with 84 available spaces. Repurpose and reuse existing conduits entering the slab of the building from transformer outside. New conductors sized for the application. Supply and install new pvc underground conduit from utility pole to transformer. Supply and install adequate lighting in the Gymnasium, kitchen, bathrooms, storage areas, front entrance, in parking area underneath, and outside in place of existing wall packs. Supply and install exit and egress lights were required. Supply and install conduit and wiring for wall heaters in specified locations. Supply and install wire, conduit, and devices in all existing device locations where practical. Reuse existing conduit inside walls. Demolish existing electrical equipment, conduit, boxes, and wire throughout that cannot be used. Trash containers provided by others.
