Successful contractor shall develop and present course materials that: 1.3.1 Provides practical knowledge for emergency wildfire situations. 1.3.2 Is engaging and thought provoking for potential attendees. 1.3.3 Gives attendees the ability to identify and use resources at their disposal. 1.3.4 Informs how to utilize how to utilize Texas Wildfire Risk Assessment. (TxWrap) 1.3.5 Informs how to utilize CHaMP. 1.3.6 Is engaging, educative, and collaborative. Contractor shall provide: 2.1.1.1 (Course Design): Course scope will be developed and designed by Contractor. Contractor shall interview TFS subject matter experts to assist in developing the course design. Contractor shall provide a general outline of the course design at the completion of this phase. Course design shall include at a minimum, the following topics: Solving Texas’s Wildfire Problem Together. Local Planning Strategies. Community Wildfire Planning Tools.
