1. Trailer Mounted Boom Lift 1.1. Aerial Device 1.1.1. Minimum specifications for a 35 ft. articulating aerial device with one end‐mounted platform. 1.1.2. Bottom of Platform Height is 34 ft. 5 in. 1.1.3. Horizontal Reach; Side reach from centerline of rotation to outside edge of platform shall be 18 ft. 9.5 in. 1.1.4. Rotation shall be 410 degrees non‐continuous. 1.1.5. Oil Reservoir tank shall be located in a protected area to prevent damage. A 10 micron return line filter complete with bypass valve to prevent restricted flow shall be provided. 1.1.6. Upper & Lower Boom shall be equipped with double acting hydraulic lift cylinders complete with built‐in counterbalance valves. 1.1.7. Platform shall be one, end‐mounted, 48" X 30" X 42" deep with a capacity of 440 lbs. shall be furnished. A positive automatic platform leveling system must be supplied. 1.1.8. Stabilizers; Outriggers to be integral part of the lift, so as not to require trailer stabilization. Auto‐leveling hydraulic outriggers, all cylinders to be equipped with holding valves and safety interlocks. Four (4) outriggers are required.
