The project consists of the installation of two (2) centrifugal effluent pumps, precast septic tank, precast pump tank, precast aeration tank, associated wastewater treatment system components including media and aerator, headworks box with filter, valves, piping and fittings, valves, supply and return piping, drip tubing, air/vacuum breakers, gravity sewer piping, curtain drain, and appurtenances. The centrifugal pumps will have 1 Hp motors with control panel and rated capacity of 17.7 gpm at 65.4 ft TDH, as specified. The drip irrigation system shall be installed by a current registered advanced on-site wastewater treatment system installer with the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services (DHSS), in accordance with 19 CSR 20.3.080. The registered installer shall install the system in accordance with the soils report and flag the on-site wastewater treatment system per DHSS requirements. The Contractor will coordinate with the DHSS so they can conduct a site visit, complete all measurements, confirm the layout meets the requirements, and issue a construction permit. The Contractor shall also coordinate with DHSS to conduct a final inspection.
