1. Services to be provided on an as needed (on-call) basis. 2. Perform routine and emergency snow plowing and emergency road maintenance services on areas within the assigned location. Typical minimum snow accumulation for activation of plowing will be 2-3 inches. 3. Perform routine and emergency clearing of walkway and sidewalks around the building and emergency services on areas within the assigned location. Typical minimum snow accumulation for activation will be 2-3 inches. This will also include applying ice melt or cinders on hard surface path of travel. Clearing of sidewalk needs to be completed before opening the doors at 8:00 am. 4. Provide the required equipment for snow removal in sufficient condition, number, and size along with sufficient experienced and appropriately licensed personnel to perform snowplowing operations to maintain appropriate snow levels and as directed. 5. Be capable of responding to snow removal locations within two (2) hours of requisite snow accumulation (2-3 inches as specified above). This includes the transportation, chaining-up and setting up of snow removal equipment. This would also apply to weekends and holidays.
