The City of Madison Community Development Authority (“City”) is soliciting Bids from qualified vendors for Unit Modernization for 2514, 2520 and 2524 Frazier Street. • Replace Kitchen cabinets, countertop, sink (like current sink), faucet (Moen Adler single handle chrome), disposal (Badger 5, ½ hp), range hood, non-vented (Broan, white). • Replace all appliances in the kitchen. Refrigerator, range oven and rangehood. • Replace flooring throughout whole unit. We use commercial grade Armstrong VCT 12x12 tile (glued down). Replace transitions where needed. • Repair all drywall in unit where needed. Replace all cove base throughout the unit. • Bathroom: replace vanity (use Kitchen Cubes vanity matches kitchen cabinets), 3526-58 Travertine vanity Top with Oval Integrated Bowl, Moen Adler single handle faucet, and flooring. Flooring to be replaced with waterproof sheet vinyl similar to current flooring. • Replace all water valves with new quarter turn valves.
