The firm should provide a design manual which follows City Branding standards & logos. The preliminary design manual should be presented to the City in .pdf format for ease of communication. The final design manual should be presented to the City in .pdf, google sheets/docs, .dwg formats. The design manual should: ● Be comprehensive guiding document that covers all topics in Appendix A; ● Created details AutoCad drawings to illustrate the guidelines/details. Provide both AutoCad & corresponding PDF plots for each drawing. ● Design an aesthetically pleasing document organization following City branding guidelines; and, ● User friendly formatting scheme for the final document, presenting information in a logical and easily navigable manner. All sections ,drawings, sketches, standard details or other discernible components of the document are to be numbered and labeled in a logical and easily identifiable manner.
