1. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials and equipment and complete the following: A. Isolate and remove four (4) existing and inoperable, Bell & Gossett (B&G), heating system’s circulating pumps and its operational components. B. Install four (4) new B&G, 3/HP, 1725 RPM, 1 PH, 60 HZ, 115/230 Volts, circulating pumps. C. The mechanical Contractor is responsible to ensure that all electrical and plumbing connections/installations, are performed/completed by a certified, electrician and plumber. D. All new installations and connections shall adhere to the various governing codes and standards. E. Contractor is responsible for a re-start of the existing boiler and check and certified the proper operations of new circulating pumps. 2. Contractor is responsible to remove and dispose any/all rubbish generated during this service. 3. Contractor is responsible to secure all licenses and/or permits, which may be needed for the successful completion of this project.
