Steel pipe, all plane ends will be beveled and biffed to have no sharp edges, socket 1/4 in. Thick forged steel, 1-1/2 in. Wide and 5/8 in. Opening, inside socket parallel sides, handle 24 in. Long wrench to be cleaned and coated w/one coat of in. Krylonin no. 1910 true-blue paint, silver, and orange reflective tapes placed 4 in. Down stem from the wrench handle for safety.; The vendor shall provide one hundred twenty (120) each of key wheel, valve, 4 ft., w/t-handle, and 2 prongs manufactured from 3/4 in. round solid-rolled steel. All ends will be beveled and buffed.
