2.00 PROJECT REQUIREMENTS 2.01 GENERAL The contractor will be required to provide a turn-key project of remodeling a total of six (6) men’s and women’s bathrooms on the first floor of the Henry County Administration Building. Contractor shall supply and include in their bid any additional items necessary to complete the project that is not included within this bid. This will be a turn-key project.
