C.4.1 The District seeks a contractor to replace the existing AAT, QSC-Unified Q-SYScore PA system with a new PA system throughout SEH’s campus. This shall ensure all codes and announcements will be heard throughout the campus internally and externally. C. 4.2 The new PA system shall utilize internet protocol based communication and have the capability to provide two multi-zone paging stations, telephone page tones and voice messages, to both alert and inform recipients as to the specific reason for the alert and the suggested response to 32 different paging zones available. C.4.3 The system shall provide high voice intelligibility to help ensure an appropriate and orderly response preventive maintenance service, and emergency service for audio/visual equipment, including replacement of parts as needed to all speaker system equipment. C.4.4 The new PA speaker and paging system shall consist of two Multi-zone paging stations and Cisco CUCM telephone interface. There shall be a total of 32 speaker paging zones available.
