SEWING SERVICES: Various types of patches will need to be sewed on shirts used by the Police Department. The shirts are both male and female cuts, short or long sleeve. All patches will be provided by the City of Laredo Police Dept. Patches includes: PD patches badges name stripes chevrons, years of services stripes U.S. Flag Any promotion stripes and, Etc. In the event that a garment is lost, scorched or otherwise damaged, it will be replaced by the vendor at no cost to the City of Laredo - Police Department. The replacement costs are: Long Sleeve Shirt $57.00 Short Sleeve Shirt $52.00 All services will be provided on an as need basis. The quantities listed on the bid are estimates only. The actual needs of the city shall govern the number of garments services.
