2.1 GENERAL REQUIREMENTS A. The Contractor shall supply Arkansas State Police Star Patch, Long Sleeve (Class A) and Short Sleeve (Class B) Dress Uniform Shirts, Class A/B Dress Uniform Trousers, Mid-Length and FullLength Reversible Raincoats, High Visibility Public Safety Vests, Performance Fleece, and Waterproof Shell Jackets. (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Uniforms”) as specified in this IFB. B. Contractor shall supply brand and style items as specified in this IFB 1. No other brands or like items will be accepted C. All items must have a permanent sewn in label(s) containing size and care instructions. 2.2 STATE TROOPER STAR PATCH A. SHAPE: 6 Point Star B. Contractor must sew the State Trooper Star Patch on each arm. 2.
