The STATE will establish multiple contracts with companies in the following categories to offer recruitment services for regular (full-time) employment. Offerors can submit a proposal for one category or a combination of categories. Category One - Legal Services: Providing legal advice, representation, and assistance in various legal matters, including litigation, contract drafting, corporate law, intellectual property, tax law, real estate, family law, criminal law, and mediation. Category Two - Healthcare: Providing healthcare services, including medical treatments, diagnostics, health data management, and biomedical research. Category Three - Information Technology: IT occupations for entry level, technical and professional careers related to the design, development, support, and management of hardware, software, multimedia, and systems integration services. Category Four - Financial Services: Financial and investment planning, banking, insurance, accounting, and business financial management. Category Five - Business Management and Administration: Planning, organizing, directing and evaluating business functions essential to efficient and productive business operations. Category Six - Public Safety, Corrections and Security: Planning, managing, and providing legal, public safety, protective services, and homeland security, including professional and technical support services. Category Seven – Human Services: Careers that support people's well-being, such as counseling, family services, personal care, and consumer assistance. Category Eight – Agricultural Manufacturing: Managing agricultural operations and supply chain in areas such as: wheat milling, baking, pasta production, and related commodity trading.
