This RFQ is being issued to create a Prequalified Pool of suppliers to provide executive search, recruitment, and consulting services for various executive positions on an as-needed basis. Qualified Proposers will perform the following services, these services are a general guide the City expects to be performed, and is not a complete listing of all services that may be required or desired. 1. Administrative and Project Management Services a. Conduct Kick-Off meeting with City Staff. b. Coordinate and Conduct progress meetings with City Staff. c. Develop strategies for hiring. d. Establish recruitment timelines. e. Review work plan. f. Review job descriptions. g. Send personal correspondence to candidates advising them of their status at each critical milestone of the recruitment. h. Respond to candidate inquiries regarding the status of their candidacy within twenty-four (24) hours. 2. Develop the Candidate Profile a. Identify the issues, challenges, and opportunities that the City may face for the recruitment required. b. Work with City to define desired candidate qualifications, knowledge, skills, abilities, and characteristics. c. Conduct surveys, as applicable. d. Facilitate meetings to solicit community input, as-needed. 3. Campaign and Recruitment Brochure Development a. Design a targeted advertising campaign appropriate for the recruitment of candidates including, but not limited to, outreach through: i. Advertisements in practical publications (e.g., professional publications, journals and trade associations, as well as on government internet sites, and on Contractor's website if applicable); ii. Mailing lists and potential candidate contacts developed by the Contractor for previous recruitments for related recruitments. b. Create a professionally designed recruitment brochure for digital and/or print distribution. c. Present at meetings which may include, but are not limited to various Commissions, the general public, and staff as-needed.
