1. Re-painting of all surfaces of the existing bus canopies located at Union Passenger Terminal at 1001 Loyola Avenue, New Orleans LA. of 16 leased bus bay platforms closest to US-90 (approx. 30' wide x 460' long). The areas of work include the underside of the metal canopies, all vertical & horizontal structural components, both interior and exterior surfaces of the vertical eaves flanking each edge and all misc. conduits, etc.. Scope of work to include cleaning, proper preparation of all surfaces including any patch/ fill as required and painting system specified in Section 09900-Painting. 2. Comply with all requirements contained Lead Waste Management Practices dated October 2024 and Lead Based Paint Inspection Report by Leaaf Environmental LLC dated January 22, 2015 included in Section 09900 as part of the scope of work. 3. Comply with requirements of the attached Amtrack “Contractor Orientation Training Request” following Division 1 specifications.
