The Housing Authority of New Orleans (HANO) is seeking qualifications and proposals from licensed Louisiana commercial real estate firms or licensed individuals to provide commercial real estate services for the agency. The selected agency/licensed individual will serve as buyer’s agent and consultant in commercial leases, acquisitions, dispositions, and pre-development analysis, and will represent HANO in sales of its commercial transactions Primary Tasks: 1. Serve as HANO’s seller’s agent in listing, marketing, and selling HANO vacant or underutilized commercial or commercial multi-family property as needed. 2. Serve as HANO’s buyer’s agent in acquiring suitable vacant or improved commercial or multifamily properties with or without rehabilitation to be added to HANO’s real estate portfolio.
