Grease Trap Cleaning The Agency has three, 1000 gallon grease traps. Locations: Main Kitchen (1) Compound 3 (1) Compound 4 (1) Location: 2500 Creekfield Road, Jackson, LA 70748 The Kitchen shall be service each quarter. * Contractor is to provide all equipment and vacuum truck, as described below, to pump out and dispose of grease and/or waste material in a legal manner. * Truck tank size: A minimum of 2,000 gallons * Hose: 3 inch suction hose * Evacuation should include FOG (fats, oils, and grease), sludge, and any hardened build up inside the traps. Contractor shall be responsible for any spills or leaks resulting from evacuation process. * This service shall be in accordance with all local ordinances and State Codes including LA. Admin. Code 1005 N. 4C Grease Traps. * Service shall be provided during non-peak hours to avoid minimal disruption of meal service. Monday-Friday 7:00 am -10:00 am and 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm.
