At a minimum, the consultant will be responsible for the following: • Development of a complete design & specification package. • Coordination with the Johnson County, KS project manager and the point-of-contact at each site/facility. • Coordination with local utility providers as necessary, such as developing applications for new electrical service. • Coordination with other jurisdictions and stakeholders. • Coordination with KDOT as necessary during the design, bid and construction process, • Construction engineering and inspection during construction is anticipated to be part of the services provided. • Identifying & preparing any necessary permit applications and submitting associated documentation to KDOT or other agencies.
