The work shall consist of a Contractor who can provide LCG with the construction/replacement of concrete driveways, sidewalks (walkways), roadway panels, curbing, and incidental paving through an “On Call” contract with payment based on a set contract price based on square yards and/or linear foot. The work is to be considered a turnkey job; meaning that the temporary surface material (limestone) is to be removed, then the structure is to be formed, poured, finished and the area dressed with topsoil for acceptance. The labor, superintendence, material, equipment, concrete, forms, joint material, reinforcement material, limestone and all other incidentals associated with the replacement of concrete driveways and sidewalks, roadway panels, curbing, and the removal of additional concrete (if needed), as related to the specifications, are to be included in the per square yard/linear foot unit price. Saw cutting (when applicable) is based on per linear footage. Work shall be in conformance with LCG’s Standard Specifications for Roads, Drainage, Bridges and Other Infrastructure, 2016 Edition. The Lafayette Consolidated Government has options to add additional driveways and sidewalks, road panels, and curbs to this listing should additional funds become available
