3.1 The Contractor shall provide secure and confidential destruction of Government Identified documents on an ongoing schedule and on an as needed basis. 3.2 The Contractor shall deliver locked consoles with a disposable trash bag or liners To the requesting agency. 3.3 The Contractor will provide shredding services every four 4 weeks for the destruction of documents. The Contractor shall provide Services during normal 8:30 am- 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, unless otherwise requested by the requesting Agency. 3.4 During scheduled appointments, the Contractor shall shred and destroy the Documents identified by the requesting agency. The Contractor shall provide these services on-site at the Agency locations. 3.5 If required, the contractor upon request by the District will deliver empty tubs on Premises (40" Executive Consoles) for bulk shredding. All shredding will be done on the premises of the agency that it was picked up from, and in trucks provided by the Contractor. 3.6 The Contractor shall furnish all materials and labor to perform all work as needed to complete the task assigned.
