The scope of services shall include, but is not limited to, the following tasks: 1. Attend a pre-design meeting with city staff and other stakeholders, conduct stakeholder engagement process. 2. Make changes to existing facility plans and work with Iowa DNR on permitting requirements. 3. Roadway design in accordance with city’s directives. 4. Obtain necessary regulatory permits as required by state and federal law; for design, letting and construction. 5. Utility coordination, including multiple onsite meetings with utility companies. 6. Prepare 30%, 90%, and final plans for roadway & sewer reconstruction. Work with City of Clinton through several iterations of the design plans. 7. Prepare bid documents and accommodate bidding and award design process.
