A. Furnish all materials, equipment, labor, and incidentals required for the Columbia Heights Slope Restoration Project. B. The work shall include, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Item 1: Mobilization 2. Item 2: Clearing and Grubbing 3. Item 3: Soil Bed Preparation 4. Item 4: Hydromulch 5. Item 5: Seeding – Prairie Mix 6. Item 6 – Year One Vegetation Establishment/Maintenance 7. Item 7 – Year Two Vegetation Establishment/Maintenance 8. Item 8 – Year Three Vegetation Establishment/Maintenance 9. Item 9 – Erosion Control Blanket (MNDOT 30N, Spec 3885.2), Installed 10. Item 10 – Loam Topsoil Borrow (MNDOT 3877.2-2), Placed C. Bid shall include the price of shipping and handling, mobilization, shop drawings, warranties, and all other related items required for the completion of the work. Compensation for SWPPP preparation and maintenance shall be included in Item 1. SWPPP is required on this project. D. Include in the bid the estimated mobilization date for the Work.
