Offer educational tools for library customers and staff to learn how to utilize the database. Customer support available to troubleshoot issues with the service. Unlimited, simultaneous access for Houston Public Library authenticated users in-library at the Family History Research Center at the Clayton Library Campus using Houston Public Library card and PIN number, IP recognition, or another established library-industry authentication method. Ability to provide usage statistics to include daily, weekly, monthly and annual breakdowns, preferably accessible by library staff. Proven ability to meet library customer needs. 12-month subscription term for service.
