Unlimited, simultaneous access for Houston Public Library authenticated users in-library at the Family History Research Center at the Clayton Library Campus using Houston Public Library card and PIN number, IP recognition, or another established library-industry authentication method. Ability to provide usage statistics to include daily, weekly, monthly and annual breakdowns, preferably accessible by library staff. Proven ability to meet library customer needs. 12-month subscription term for service.
