Bidder shall quote two (2) 2024 or 2025 current production year minimum model year minimum AWD/4WD small SUVs as manufactured by the concern they represent and shall provide with the bid the manufacturer's printed brochure or specification sheet for the model bid. No inked-in changes or alterations of printed material will be accepted. FUEL All vehicles purchased by the City of Dubuque must have the ability to use ethanol fuel, with E85 preferred. ENGINE The engine is to be a minimum of 145 horsepower. Flex-Fuel E85 compatible engine preferred. DRIVETRAIN The unit shall be equipped with a four-speed automatic transmission or CVT, automatic/continuous AWD. HYBRID ENGINE/DRIVETRAIN Proposals for hybrid engine/drivetrain-equipped SUVs are encouraged and preferred. A separate quote for an available hybrid will be provided for consideration.
