Through this RFP, the University of Tennessee System (UT) seeks a qualified consultant or team of consultants with sufficient qualifications, experience, and expertise to provide consulting services to facilitate a collaborative and inclusive strategic planning process resulting in development of a five-year plan encompassing the years 2025-2030. This plan should drive the achievement of the President’s vision of the ‘Greatest Decade’ in UT’s history, embody the ‘Be OneUT’ values, and demonstrate the power in working together as a system of higher education. The consultant(s) will work in partnership with UT executive leadership, the strategic plan coordinating team, and a strategic planning committee to complete the scope of work.
