The University is seeking an A/V company to supply all audiovisual needs for an IT Symposium hosted by the Office of Innovative Technologies at the Knoxville Convention Center on January 28-29, 2025. The needs include three technicians and equipment for The Grand Ballroom, 7 break out rooms, Henley Concourse, Cumberland Concourse, and Rotunda (if needed).
