The contractor will be required to provide the following to achieve the objective of this project: Update the current and/or gain agreement on a new community vision statement. Determine the core/top sustainable goals and objectives of the community that serves to reach the mission of the community for the short and long term. Do an asset map for the community to determine the opportunities and barriers to natural growth and transformative openings. Integrate and develop strategic action plan document and community engagement for Ellendale North Dakota to include the following items: Creative community engagement Collect community data via survey (collected in multiple ways- written, digital, door to door, townhall). This survey is a critical step and should be conducted with great care. It should be marketed ahead of time and should be open for a period of time to allow maximum collection, but no more than 60 days. This data must be collected from all population samples (male, female, elderly, youth, townspeople, farmers in surrounding area, newcomers, et. al)
