4.1 Contractor shall furnish all permits, labor, supervision, materials, parts and equipment for demolition remove the existing ADA platform and all appurtances (railing, carpet, trim, etc.). 4.2 Contractor shall prepare all surfaces to receive new work, remove existing floor carpet and all associated appurtenances (rubber nosings, trim, padding, etc.) and prepare surface to receive new work. 4.3 Contractor shall prepare all surfaces affected by demolition of the existing seating in order to receive new work as indicated by the drawing and specifications. All recommended manufacturer’s written instructions shall be followed for the installation of each respective product. 4.3 Contractor shall repair any materials, systems, or finishes within or outside of the general work area that are required to be disturbed to complete the entire scope of work associated with building system connectivity. 4.4 Contractor shall provide and install all electrical devices shown within the electrical plans to include but not limited to: floor boxes, branch circuit wiring, low voltage transformer, new aisle step lighting, coordinate all new and existing wall plates, install conduit as indicated along with providing and installing new telephone and data wiring and jacks.
