GROUP 1 – Ashland FMS *Bi-weekly shop towel laundering services including the delivery of clean shop towels to Ashland FMS 926 Summit Rd, Ashland, KY and the pickup of soiled shop towels. *On each visit, every two weeks, the vendor shall pick up used shop towels to be laundered and drop off clean shop towel. *The bi-weekly service at each shop results in 26 pickup/drop off visits per year. *Shop towels are being rented; The soiled shop towels are to be laundered meeting the requirements of 40 CFR 261.4(a)26 *Soiled shop towels shall be transported in agency provided non-leaking, closed containers. *Must provide the name and address of the laundry receiving the shop towels and verification that cleaners discharge is regulated under the Clean Water Act. *Estimated 10,400 18in x 18in shop towels a year. Pickup availability Monday through Friday between 7:30am -3:00pm *An Inventory Maintenance Fee for lost or damaged shop towels *Shop Towel Storage rental of laundry bags and bag stands. GROUP 2 – Bowling Green FMS *Bi-weekly shop towel laundering services including the delivery of clean shop towels to Bowling Green FMS 719 Old Morgantown rd, Bowling Green KY and the pickup of soiled shop towels. *On each visit, every two weeks, the vendor shall pick up used shop towels to be laundered and drop off clean shop towel.
