Review and evaluation of existing systems and conditions including architectural, mechanical, electrical and emergency. Identify current conditions, any existing deficiencies and expected life expectancy of all systems. Review and identification of structural and theatrical engineering components and detailed mechanical/ electrical engineering systems and any deficiencies related thereto. Review and identify the impact of current life safety code requirements. Review and update all current architectural drawings and engineering documents and identify any deficiencies related thereto. Review current and future activities to determine additional needs. Provide a summary report, including a feasibility study and preliminary budget for subsequent phases of planning, construction, renovations and historic restoration. Provide detailed proposal for said Capital Improvements along with a phased plan detailing how best to achieve completion of the Capital Improvements.
