The work to be done is as follows: DEMOLITION – 609 E. 1ST STREET BUILDINGS Complete the demolition of the brick former church building, the former single family residence building and site improvements at 609 E. 1st Street including all labor, material and equipment to remove and properly dispose of existing building, abatement of asbestos prior to building demolition and removal, removal of site paving, filling of excavation, site grading and surface restoration and miscellaneous associated work, including cleanup. All work and materials are to be in accordance with the proposed plans, specifications, form of contract and estimate of cost now on file in the office of the City Clerk of Pella, Iowa, and by this reference made a part thereof as though fully set out and incorporated herein.
