The development of construction alternatives to replace or rehabilitate the water system for the Braddock Road Water Main from Seneca Avenue to Highland Avenue, which consists of approximately: 4,000 LF of 8” Water Main 20 House Taps 3 Hydrants 4 Valves Determine a minimum of three construction alternatives for the outlined system. One option must be a complete replacement of the existing pipe including determination of the proper size, type, and alignment of a new line. Alternatives shall consider the use of plastic or ductile iron pipe. Structural Lining and/or Slip Lining may be proposed. Provide a cost estimate, basic site drawing, and timeline for each construction alternative. Provide restoration recommendations for all areas Identifying and obtaining any required permits on behalf of the City including but not limited to an NPDES permit and the development of a SWPPP.
