The Respondent shall provide 24/7 response to hazardous clean-up and include documentation of proper handling and disposal. The Respondent shall be on-scene within one-hour from the time of notification. Articles and services covered by the agreement shall be performed in compliance with all federal, state, and local safety regulations Respondent shall provide all certifications of associated personnel providing services within. Respondent shall have all current licenses and permits as required to perform hazardous waste clean-up services. Respondent shall provide copies of state mandated reports and others within a reasonable time line. For the purposes of this Bid, normal duty hours are considered 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
