The Town of Oxford Board of Education Central Office (hereinafter referred to as the Board), is seeking proposals from qualified HVAC general contractors (the Bidders) to remove the existing heating, ventilation and building management systems at the Quaker Farms School (QFS @ 30 Great Oak Road, Oxford Ct. 06478) and install replacement equipment based on an engineered design and equipment specification included in Appendix A of this RFP. 1) installation of new VRF heating and air conditioning systems (VRF) 2) installation of new energy recovery building ventilation systems (ERV) 3) installation of a new integrated building management system (BMS) 4) Commissioning Services and Project & Construction Management Services for the duration of the project. 5) local staff training in the operation and maintenance of the new systems 6) offer a Five (5) Year Preventive Maintenance Agreement covering all system components
