Item # 1: The Illinois State Police is soliciting for maintenance on 5 Tecan instruments located in Illinois. Bids must be held firm for a minimum of ninety (90) days. All prices for parts must include shipping and all related costs. No price increase will be accepted. In the event of a price decrease, the agency is guaranteed to received the lowest price. Winning vendor will be selected based on low quote total. Any bidder may be required, at any time during the procurement process, to provide documentation proving compliance with any or all the terms of this specification. Labor rates must be inclusive of travel. Vendor must provide proof prior to bid award on being ISO 13485 certified by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO).
