Draft Gap Analysis Report: Preliminary findings, observations, and stakeholder input. Includes analysis of service delivery gaps, compliance, and integration challenges. Submission: 12 weeks from Contract start. MDH feedback: Within ten (10) business days. Presentation of Findings: Conduct a presentation to key stakeholders and leadership. Summarize the gap analysis findings, strategic recommendations, and next steps. To be scheduled within 2 weeks of draft report submission. Final Gap Analysis Report: Incorporates MDH feedback. Detailed findings, strategic recommendations, and actionable steps. Submission: 16 weeks from contract start. Marketing Strategy Support Summary: Recommendations and best practices for outreach and promotion. Suggestions for messaging and communication channels. Submission: 16 weeks from Contract start. Close-Out Call: Final meeting with MDH to review project outcomes and ensure all deliverables meet expectations. Discuss any remaining questions and gather feedback on the engagement process. Conducted within two (2) weeks after the final report submission. Includes discussion of next steps for MDH based on the consultant's recommendations. Period of performance Project Duration: The engagement shall commence upon contract award and conclude within five (5) months. Deliverable Deadlines: All deliverables specified in Section 2.3.1 must be completed within this time frame.
