The City is seeking an integrated, fully hosted solution Revised 03-02-2023 from a single vendor to simplify collections administration, automate reconciliation, consolidate costs, and deliver a more seamless experience for City residents. Please indicate the applications if unable to integrate: ● Tyler Technology - New World ERP ● HS GovTech - Health Department online System ● Accela License and Permitting System ● Passport Billing System ● TrueBill Billing System ● TMA System (Pet Program) ● CityBase Indoor Payment Kiosk ● Ability to accept and integrate payments for non-invoiced payments, such as event registrations, facility bookings etc. Customer Portal: ● Must provide an intuitive and efficient customer portal that allows ability to download bills or documents from the native system at one screen.
