Provide necessary labor, materials, accessories, tools, and equipment to fabricate and install Static Branding elements for Clemson University’s new Development and Alumni Center (aka DAC or Alumni and Visitors Center). The installation address is: 220 Madren Center Drive Clemson, SC 29634 The DAC building is 98,000 square feet of new construction. Branding elements will be located throughout the building on all floors. Specific details of the installation requirements are listed in the attached Schedule of Items and detailed Tenant Area Bid Documents. Elements of the branding include: • Dimensional text (lettering) • Direct print acrylic imagery • Vinyl copy, logos, and imagery • Millwork • Painted dimensional logos • Framed and matted imagery • Custom wallcoverings
