4. SDS Reports: The following SDS related documentation must be furnished to the Agency upon request: a. A copy of the most current SDS Report for each chemical your firm is offering pricing must be included with your bid submittal b. National Sanitation Foundation certification for the quoted chemical c. Chemical certificate of analysis for all chemicals 5. General Chemical Descriptions: The type and general description of chemicals are provided in this section. These are meant to be a comprehensive overview of the chemicals that will be covered under this contract. Bidders must identify product and minimum order size if required. a. Accu-Tab Calcium Hypochlorite The Accu-Tab Calcium Hypochlorite (Drinking Water Grade) shall conform to applicable requirements of the AWWA standards, and as duly noted in the following requirements: a. must be between 65 – 68 % of chlorine b. must be Accu-Tab brand c. must be in Tablet form d. must be in 60 lb buckets e. generally a pallet contains 24 buckets b. Calcium Hypochlorite Granules The Calcium Hypochlorite Granules (Drinking Water Grade) shall conform to applicable requirements of the AWWA standards, and as duly noted in the following requirements: a. must be between 65 – 68 % of chlorine b. must be in granular/powder form c. must be in 25 lb buckets c. Sodium Hypochlorite Liquid The Sodium Hypochlorite Liquid (Drinking Water Grade) shall conform to applicable requirements of the AWWA standards, and as duly noted in the following requirements: a. must be between 12 – 12.5 % of chlorine b. must be in liquid form c. must be in 1 gallon containers (not to exceed 4 ea per case)
