• Participate in annual planning to discuss learnings and develop a marketing plan for the upcoming fiscal. • Develop a comprehensive 12-month fiscal marketing calendar. • Arrange, coordinate, organize, manage and exclusively represent Las Vegas and Authority at travel trade events and trade shows throughout the United Kingdom and Ireland. • Develop, organize and conduct sales programs that provide the Las Vegas resort partners the best platform to reach key travel buyers, such as sales missions, roadshows and sales blitzes. • Research, recommend, organize, and participate in appropriate tradeshows, industry events and organizations (subject to Authority approval) that educate travel buyers and provide exposure for Las Vegas. • Develop and conduct travel buyer and tour operator educational programs whether in-person, hybrid or online. • Maintain regular contact with top operators, agencies and airlines by means of inperson, hybrid or online meetings, sales calls, correspondence and appropriate communication. • Develop unique sales promotions and booking incentive programs to drive sales and leisure group leads and bookings.
