TASK 1. This will encompass a desktop review of all existing information and current certifications pertaining to the Floating Dry Docks 1 and 2 along with an onsite visual confirmation of all existing data, meetings with necessary personnel, as well as providing reporting on findings. Deliverables: • Desktop review of current certifications and information, onsite visual assessment only, and provide an overview of findings for Floating Dry Docks 1 and 2 TASK 2. This will encompass an onsite structural and operational engineering inspection of the Receiving Slab with the intent to understand material condition, as well as providing reporting on findings. Deliverables: • Structural and operational inspection report of Receiving Slab following appropriate USCG specifications as needed. TASK 3. This will encompass a review and written report on all findings and an analysis of current conditions of evaluated structures along potential operational improvements This would also include input on potential use cases based on findings and recommendations. Deliverables: • Written report on all findings and analysis • Clarification for project staff on any findings documented in report, may include some virtual meetings
