South Carolina Department of Agriculture (SCDA) is seeking a properly licensed and permitted company to collect, transport and dispose of outdated, unwanted or otherwise unusable pesticides throughout the state of South Carolina based on restrictions from the US EPA for the SC Department of Agriculture. SCDA will select strategic locations around the state to be as accessible to as many people in order to collect as much product as possible. The contractor shall setup collection sites using practices to safely secure the area and the products delivered to the site. SCDA estimates 15 events per year with an estimated average collection of 6,700 lbs. per event. These are estimated amounts only. The events could take place in any of the 46 counties in South Carolina.
