Minneapolis College is seeking proposals to replace the control panels on our two Trane 900-Ton Chillers and replace an adaptive frequency drive (AFD) on one of the chillers. The panel replacement will include: removal and disposal of the existing panels; furnish and install new replacement panels; furnish and install all new sensors, pressure transducers, vane actuators and interconnecting cables or wiring to the panel; furnish and install new IFM solid state flow sensors on evaporator and condenser water piping; furnish and install gateway for BACnet BMS integration into the building automation system (BAS); provide points list and assistance for integration into the BAS; programming, start up and testing. The AFD replacement will include: removal and disposal of the existing drive and associated condenser piping for water cooled drive; furnish and install new variable frequency drive; programming, start up and testing.
