3.1. Contractor shall provide NHDOC with CEWs, hardware and software in full compliance with all device manufacture’s specifications. 3.2. Equipment shall include all parts, software, services and warranties necessary to perform the function of CEWs. 3.3. Equipment and supplies shall be brand new. 3.4. Equipment shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations and standards-both of the United States and their country of origin. 3.5. License and storage including but not limited to, certification, licenses and training. 3.6. Software shall comply and provide sufficient safeguards to ensure evidentiary integrity of the captured video and information. This would include, but not limed to, software storage, transcription, camera and equipment syncing, security encryptions, organizing tools and report writing & sharing. 3.7. CEWs must integrate with current Body Worn Camera (BWC), currently Axon Body 3, in order to trigger camera recording when weapons are unholstered or used. If the CEW requires additional accessories or tools to integrate, these accessories or tools must be part of the bid response and lease cost proposal. 3.8. Delivery: Upon receipt and sign-off by the NHDOC designee, that the equipment is complete and in accordance with this Agreement, Contractor shall proceed with end-user training. 3.9. Training: Contractor shall provide sufficient training to the End User to their satisfaction and continue as needed. Contractor shall also offer train the trainer training at a minimum of every two years.
