Provider will supply a software as a service or package, with support, that allows the County to maintain their Terraform scripts and deploy Azure Infrastructure. The software as a service or package must have a graphical interface to facilitate this management and meet the minimum requirement specified herein. 1) County must be able to reverse engineer our Azure Cloud Infrastructure 2) Produce Terraform scripts that can be maintained through a UI by just changing appropriate attributes. 3) The system must have a graphical drag and drop user interface with each element having the appropriate attributes (standard and custom) 4) Able to be updated through the UI as well synching any manual changes. 5) Ability to trigger analysis of architecture for security in the pipeline before pushing IaC code to the repository.
