1. General Contractor Services for the entire project including the following: a. Licensed general contractor with proof of liability insurance b. Phased out pocket park project i. Phase 1: 1. Demolition and cleanup 2. Installation of trusses and framework 3. Installation of shade sails 4. Installation of copper flashing along top of firewall ii. Phase 2: 1. Pour concrete pad with plumbing and 5 water heads 2. Pour concrete walkway 3. Repair and reconstruct concret stage with stairs, ramp, and railing 4. Install drainage systems 5. Install artificial turf 6. Install electrical work including: wiring, flood lighting, stage lighting, outlets, and motion sensors. iii. Phase 3: 1. Façade installation including: signage, backlighting, windows, and flat awnings 2. Refurbish existing gates including galvanized rounded corners
