Task 1: Project Management and Coordination- The contractor shall be required to manage the construction, coordination with any sub-consultants, as well as bear responsibility for all documentation and equipment needed to complete the design. The contractor will identify a project lead from their team to act as the direct point of contact with the City of Clemson and Russel Design Ofce and team. This task includes regular progress meetings with the City of Clemson’s Design Committee (the Committee), and the preparation of and submission of invoices.
