1. Product must be an Ellucian Banner collaborative development partner and capable of integration with the SaaS version of Ellucian’s Banner SIS. 2. Must provide capability to accept and process up to 60,000 admission applications (undergraduate + graduate) per year through various complex, logic‐based workflows. 3. Must provide customizable departmental workflows for the application review and decision process that can serve a centralized undergraduate admission process and a decentralized graduate application review and admission process. 4. Must provide capability to create/submit supplemental applications (e.g. for competitive entry programs) and the related application management workflows. 5. Must provide capability for logic‐based application scoring based on collected data and comparison datasets. 6. Must provide for variable application fees to be paid at the point of application, a fee waiver process, and a promo code management process. 7. Must provide a status page/applicant portal for applicants to check their application items, receive an admission decision, reply to the decision, and pay relevant fees, and find links to the next steps of the enrollment process (housing application, orientation registration, etc.). 8. Must provide capability for applicants to request (and send reminder requests for) reference letters and other forms, and for the providers of such forms to easily upload to the application. 9. Must provide GPA calculation tools and display relevant GPAs, test scores, and other admission criteria in intuitive locations within the application processing workflow. 10. Must provide integration with digital transcript/credential providers: Parchment, Scoir, Overgrad, Scrib Order, Student Clearing House, Need My Transcript, Green Light, Xello, Ellucian, Certree, Zix, World Education Services, and others.
