The Maryland Department of Health (MDH or the Department), Prevention & Health Promotion Administration, is issuing this Invitation for Bid (IFB) to provide space, equipment, and meals for approximately 75 participants for an in-person meeting. The meeting space must be clean, offer free on-premise parking, free wi-fi, adequate restrooms, and at least one lactation room. Breakout sessions will be held in person to offer opportunities to collaborate and work on projects. Therefore, the meeting space must have the amenities to accommodate this. The facility should be able to provide one large meeting space and at least four (4) smaller breakout rooms, with tables, chairs, and adequate outlets for charging laptops.
